United Processing, LLC is committed to protecting personal information. This policy describes how information is collected, stored, used, and protected when people use its services, website, or communications.

Information collected

We may collect these categories of information:

• Financial and credit data needed for mortgage processing.
• Other information voluntarily provided through UPG’s platforms or communications.

We use information to process mortgage applications and related services; communicate about an account or inquiry; improve support and operations; and meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Website inquiries and technical data

The website inquiry form collects your name and work email, along with any phone number, company, NMLS ID, monthly file volume, and message you choose to provide. Please do not submit borrower information or loan documents through this form.

We use Cloudflare to host and protect this website and store inquiry records, and Resend to deliver inquiry notifications. Notifications are sent to admin@goupg.com and jake@launchfulfillment.com for inquiry handling. These providers process the information needed to provide those services.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to check for automated abuse. The website uses an IP address during verification and a short-lived hashed IP address to limit repeated form requests.

If you choose to carry a Services checklist into Contact, it is temporarily stored in your browser tab. It is included in your inquiry only when you submit the form. This website inquiry form does not enroll you in SMS messaging.

Protection and sharing

Our safeguards include access restricted to authorized personnel, encryption during storage and transmission, regular security reviews, and secure storage systems. Personal and mobile information is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Information is transferred outside UPG only when legally required or necessary to provide services.

Sharing with third parties

We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, such as court orders and regulatory inquiries, and to trusted service providers involved in mortgage processing, such as title companies and credit bureaus. Those providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Your choices

You may request access to stored information, correction of inaccurate or outdated information, opt-out from marketing or other communications, and deletion subject to legal and contractual requirements.

Data retention

Information is kept only as long as needed for legal, contractual, and operational requirements, then securely deleted or anonymized.

Updates to this policy

Updates will be posted on the website and material changes may be communicated directly. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
